How was Ethos Realty founded?
Ethos Realty was founded on family principles and ideas. The passion for real estate within the founders runs deep, family gatherings often started and ended with conversations about this energizing industry; it seemed fitting and logical to create a family business in real estate. Our family has a long line of descent from Greece, that coupled with our Patriotism and support of our own US Constitution led us to name the company Ethos Realty. Tony has had a long career in real estate. He began house flipping all the way back in 2001. Once he found his passion for real estate he continued on to become a licensed home inspector and has since ran his own inspection business, VIP Inspections, since 2003. Many years of inspecting and rehabbing distressed property led him to obtain
Tony has had a long career in real estate. He began house flipping all the way back in 2001. Once he found his passion for real estate he continued on to become a licensed home inspector and has since ran his own inspection business, VIP Inspections, since 2003. Many years of inspecting and rehabbing distressed property led him to obtain his real estate license. He is now the proud Broker/Owner of Ethos Realty and has begun taking other family members under his wing teaching them the ins and outs of the industry. On top of all of his other accomplishments, Tony is currently a part of the WI Army National Guard serving part time out of West Bend, WI. He has a true passion for real estate and creating a better community!

Prior to real estate, Ellie studied at the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee, graduating in three years with her Bachelors in Business Administration. She proceeded to work as a processors assistant for over a year in the mortgag

Prior to real estate, Ellie studied at the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee, graduating in three years with her Bachelors in Business Administration. She proceeded to work as a processors assistant for over a year in the mortgage industry at Go Mortgage. Although she adored the profession, she aspired to be on the front lines of real estate helping others to find their dream homes and guiding them along the journey. She is an ambitious, driven young woman who is excited to uphold the family business.

Dana Tilidetzke is the Wife of Tony and Mother of Ellie and AJ. She works for GO Mortgage as a Loan Officer and Processor and has been with the company since 1996. Dana works with many of our clients that require financing or having higher level mortgage/financing questions about the home buying process.
